Adult Education

As disciples of Christ, we are called to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18). One way we do this is by continually studying Scripture and theological works. The main venue for this is our community groups. However, we also have other ways for adult believers to grow.

Paideia Reading Group

Our Paideia Reading Group is dedicated to reading and engaging with classical Christian works and applying them to our own lives and context. We have studied books like Augustine's Confessions, Athanasius' On the Incarnation, and Gregory of Nazianzus' Five Theological Orations. We generally meet once per month via Zoom. All are welcome to attend - you don't need to be a scholar or seminary student to learn and be blessed by our discussions.

Our group loosely follows the reading outlines published by Reformed Theological Seminary's Paideia Center.
